Supplies:
-Mod Podge.
-Bottle Cap (Do Not Shake).
-Tape.
-Pencil.
-Ruler.
-Exacto Knife or scissors.
-Photo.
1. Measure the photo to a 1 inch diameter using a pencil to trace, so that bleeds do not appear on the edges of the photo.
2. Place it in the bottle cap, then trim as needed.
3. Use a little piece of tape to attach it to the cap (so that the Mod Podge doesn't rise it up while it dries).
4. Apply Mod Podge in to cap at an angle so that bubbles do not accure. (If so, use applicator to nudge bubbles out of cap).
5. Dry for 3 hours.

Finding The Right Education | University vs. University
I'm doing a project that takes the best colleges to compare them, but what really makes a great college the best?
The sports team?
The Greek councils?
How about the faculty?
How about the faculty?
Better yet, what about the weather?
